BILL NUMBER: S2759 TITLE OF BILL : An act to amend the real property tax law, in relation to taxation of state lands in the town of Bedford in Westchester county PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL : The bill relates to the taxation of state lands in the town of Bedford in Westchester County. SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC PROVISIONS : Section 532 of the real property tax law is amended by adding a new subdivision (k) to read as follows: (K) All lands owned by the state in the town of Bedford in Westchester County,exclusive of the improvements erected thereon. § 2. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 1 of section 536 of the real property tax law is amended to read as follows: Lands owned by the state, exclusive of the improvements erected thereon by the state, situate in the following towns: SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS :

Section 532 of the real property tax law is amended by adding a new subdivision (k) to read as follows: (K) ALL LANDS OWNED BY THE STATE IN THE TOWN OF BEDFORD IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY. § 2.
