MANKTELOW, BRABENEC, GIGLIO -- Multi-Sponsored by -- M. of A. HAWLEY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to enacting the "come home to hunt act" THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "come home to hunt act". § 2. Section 11-0701 of the environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new subdivision 10 to read as follows: 10. A TWO-DAY NON-RESIDENT HUNTING LICENSE ENTITLES A NON-RESIDENT HOLDER TO HUNT DOMESTIC GAME BIRD, MIGRATORY GAME BIRD, BIG GAME, AND SMALL GAME, AS PROVIDED IN TITLE NINE OF THIS ARTICLE, FOR THE TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS SPECIFIED BY SUCH LICENSE. § 3. Paragraph b of subdivision 3 of section 11-0715 of the environ- mental conservation law is amended by adding a new subparagraph 9 to read as follows: (9) TWO-DAY NON-RESIDENT HUNTING LICENSE $40.00 § 4.
