BARRETT -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Real Property Taxation AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to the taxation of state lands in the county of Dutchess THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision (d) of section 532 of the real property tax law, as amended by chapter 364 of the laws of 2004, is amended to read as follows: (d) All lands in the counties of DUTCHESS, Rockland and Putnam acquired for a public use by the state, exclusive of the improvements erected thereon by the state; § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08910-03-9
