 AN  ACT authorizing the commissioner of general services to sell certain
   land to TCH Holdings, LLC;  and  providing  for  the  repeal  of  such
   provisions upon expiration thereof

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The commissioner of  general  services  is  authorized  and
 empowered to convey state property, as further described in this act and
 commonly  referred  to  as  1024  Fulton  Street, Brooklyn, New York and
 convey for fair market value to TCH Holdings, LLC, upon such  terms  and
 conditions  as  he  or  she  may fix and determine, all of the property,
 right, title and interest of the people of the state of New York.
   § 2. The lands authorized by this act to be conveyed are more  partic-
 ularly  described  as follows: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of
 land, with the buildings  and  improvements  thereon  erected,  situate,
 lying  and  being in the city of New York, borough of Brooklyn and state
 of New York, designated as block 2015, lot 28 on a tax map of  the  city
 of New York, also known as 1024 Fulton Street.
   §  3.  The  description  in section two of this act of the lands to be
 conveyed is not intended to be a legal description, but is intended only
 to identify the premises to be conveyed. As a condition of purchase, TCH
 Holdings, LLC shall submit to the commissioner of general  services  for
 his  or  her  approval  an  accurate survey and description of the lands
 generally described in section two of this act, which may be used in the
 conveyance thereof.
   § 4. The commissioner of general services shall  not  grant  the  land
 described in section two of this act unless application is made therefor
 by  TCH  Holdings,  LLC within one year after the effective date of this
 act.
   § 5. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed two years after such date.
