SAYEGH -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the county law, in relation to authorizing Westchester county to waive certain fees for veterans' organizations THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The county law is amended by adding a new section 226-c to read as follows: § 226-C. WAIVER OF FEES FOR VETERANS' ORGANIZATIONS. THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY LEGISLATURE IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO WAIVE FEES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW FEES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO ANY POST OR HALL OWNED BY A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CONGRESSION- ALLY CHARTERED VETERANS' ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN SUCH COUNTY. § 2.
