BILL NUMBER: S1438 SPONSOR: RITCHIE TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the highway law, in relation to designating a portion of the state highway system as the "North Country Craft Beer Trail" PURPOSE: To designate a specific craft beer trail along a designated route in New York's North Country. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1 amends the highway law to add section 344-h, which creates the "North Country Craft Beer Trail" and specifies the specific route the craft beer trail will follow. Section 2 directs the commissioner of transportation to provide for installation and maintenance of adequate signing along the state highway
