 AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of chapter 1 of the  laws  of  2013,
   amending the criminal procedure law and other laws relating to suspen-
   sion and revocation of firearms licenses
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Sections 1 through 32, 37 through  43,  45  through  56  of
 chapter  1  of the laws of 2013, amending the criminal procedure law and
 other laws relating to suspension and revocation of  firearms  licenses,
 are REPEALED.
   §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
 have been in full force and effect on and after January 15, 2013.
