 Introduced  by  Sen.  KAPLAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Veterans, Homeland Securi-
   ty and Military Affairs
 
 AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to the listing of  county
   and city veterans' service agencies

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 353 of the executive law is amended by adding a new
 subdivision 24 to read as follows:
   24. TO MAINTAIN A LISTING ON  THE  DIVISION'S  WEBSITE  OF  THE  LOCAL
 VETERANS' SERVICE AGENCIES ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION THREE HUNDRED
 FIFTY-SEVEN  OF THIS ARTICLE WITH THE NAME, LOCATION, HOURS OF OPERATION
 AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF EACH COUNTY AND CITY VETERANS' SERVICE  AGEN-
 CY.  THE  DIVISION  SHALL  ALSO  PROVIDE  THIS INFORMATION IN ITS ANNUAL
 REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR AND  THE  LEGISLATURE  AS  REQUIRED  PURSUANT  TO
 SUBDIVISION  ELEVEN  OF THIS SECTION. INFORMATION UNDER THIS SUBDIVISION
 SHALL BE MAINTAINED AND UPDATED ANNUALLY.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law.
