 AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
   fiscal reporting
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Section 54-0109 of the environmental conservation  law,  as
 added by chapter 258 of the laws of 2007, is amended to read as follows:
 § 54-0109. Fiscal reporting.
   1.  No later than fifteen days after the end of each fiscal year quar-
 ter, the department shall report to the  director  of  the  budget,  the
 chairperson  of  the  senate  finance  committee, the chairperson of the
 assembly ways and means committee and the public on the status  of  each
 project  receiving  state  assistance payments pursuant to this article.
 Each state agency, department, public authority or public benefit corpo-
 ration administering any project or program  pursuant  to  this  article
 shall  assist  the department in the preparation of the report and shall
 provide information as required by the  department.  Such  report  shall
 include as applicable for each category, subcategory and project:
   [1.] (A) total appropriations;
   [2.] (B) total project costs;
   [3.] (C) total commitments;
   [4.] (D) total outstanding encumbrances;
   [5.] (E) total year to date disbursements;
   [6.] (F) total life to date disbursements; and
   [7.] (G) total remaining uncommitted balance.
   2. SUCH REPORT SHALL ALSO CONTAIN THE PERCENTAGE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDING
 DIRECTED  TO  FACILITATE  DISABLED  ACCESS  TO  DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE OF
 PARKS, RECREATION AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION OWNED OR MANAGED FACILITIES.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of April next  succeeding
 the date on which it shall have become a law.
