 AN  ACT  to amend the social services law, in relation to setting public
   assistance amounts for individuals receiving enhanced residential care
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Paragraph  (c)  of  subdivision 1 of section 131-o of the
 social services law, as amended by section 1 of part K of chapter 56  of
 the laws of 2020, is amended to read as follows:
   (c)  in  the  case  of  each individual receiving enhanced residential
 care, an amount equal to at least:
   (I) $207.00 for each month beginning on or after  January  first,  two
 thousand twenty;
   (II)  $226.00  FOR EACH MONTH BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY FIRST, TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-ONE;
   (III) $243.00 FOR EACH MONTH BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY FIRST,  TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-TWO;
   (IV)  $262.00  FOR EACH MONTH BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY FIRST, TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-THREE;
   (V) $281.00 FOR EACH MONTH BEGINNING ON OR AFTER  JANUARY  FIRST,  TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR;
   (VI)  $300.00  FOR EACH MONTH BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY FIRST, TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-FIVE.
   § 2. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 2  of  section  209  of  the  social
 services  law,  as  amended  by section 2 of part K of chapter 56 of the
 laws of 2020, is amended to read as follows:
   (e) [On and after] (I)(1) FROM January first,  two  thousand  [twenty]
 TWENTY-ONE  TO MARCH THIRTY-FIRST, TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-ONE, [(i)] for an
 eligible individual receiving enhanced residential care, $1,477.00;  and
 [(ii)]  (2)  for an eligible couple receiving enhanced residential care,

  EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                       [ ] is old law to be omitted.
