 AN ACT to amend the mental hygiene  law,  in  relation  to  requiring  a
   certified  dietitian on-site during hours of operation at a comprehen-
   sive care center for eating disorders

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Subdivision (a) of section 30.04 of the mental hygiene law
 is amended by adding a new paragraph 2-a to read as follows:
   2-A. THE APPLICANT HAS A CERTIFIED DIETITIAN  AS  DEFINED  IN  SECTION
 EIGHT  THOUSAND  ONE OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON-SITE DURING HOURS OF OPERA-
 TION.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  mental  hygiene law, in relation to requiring a
   certified dietitian or certified nutritionist on-site during hours  of
   operation at a comprehensive care center for eating disorders
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 30.04 of the mental hygiene  law
 is amended by adding a new paragraph 2-a to read as follows:
   2-A. THE APPLICANT HAS A CERTIFIED DIETITIAN OR CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST
 AS  DEFINED  IN  SECTION EIGHT THOUSAND ONE OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON-SITE
 DURING HOURS OF OPERATION.  FOR PURPOSES OF THIS  PARAGRAPH,  "HOURS  OF
 OPERATION"  SHALL  MEAN  THE  SPECIFIC TIME DURING WHICH A COMPREHENSIVE
 CARE CENTER IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR BUSINESS;
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
