 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  agriculture and markets law, in relation to the
   labeling of food products containing sesame
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 201 of the agriculture and markets law is amended
 by adding a new subdivision 15 to read as follows:
   15. IF IT CONTAINS SESAME, IS OFFERED FOR SALE IN PACKAGE FORM BUT NOT
 FOR IMMEDIATE CONSUMPTION, AND THE LABEL DOES NOT INCLUDE SESAME.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law.
