S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 5191 2021-2022 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y February 11, 2021 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. BENEDETTO, WILLIAMS, SIMON, GRIFFIN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Education AN ACT to repeal paragraph (e) of subdivision 3 of section 2853 and subdivision 6-g of section 3602 of the education law, relating to an aid rollback for charter schools THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 3 of section 2853 of the education law is REPEALED. § 2. Subdivision 6-g of section 3602 of the education law is REPEALED. § 3. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD03637-01-1
