S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 5346 2021-2022 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y February 12, 2021 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. ANGELINO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Transportation AN ACT authorizing the town of New Berlin, county of Chenango, to reduce the maximum speed limit along a West Shore Road in such town to 15 miles per hour THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any general, special or local law or code to the contrary, the town board of the town of New Berlin, Chenango county, may by local law, ordinance, order, rule or regulation establish maximum speed limits at not less than fifteen miles per hour along West Shore Road within such town. ยง 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD09153-01-1
