 AN ACT relating to election districts in certain counties
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Notwithstanding  section  4-100  of  the election law, no
 election district shall be created, consolidated, divided or altered  by
 the board of elections in 2021 in a county if the executive committee of
 a  county committee has exercised the option authorized by chapter 38 of
 the laws of 2021 and timely filed the temporary amendment to  its  rules
 with  the state and local board of elections pursuant to such chapter of
 the laws of 2021.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
