JEAN-PIERRE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to directing the commissioner of health to develop a mobile vaccination program for COVID-19 vaccinations THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2803 of the public health law is amended by adding a new subdivision 13 to read as follows: 13. AS PART OF THE STATE'S COVID-19 VACCINATION DISTRIBUTION PLAN, THE COMMISSIONER SHALL DEVELOP A MOBILE VACCINATION PROGRAM. SUCH PROGRAM SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING VACCINATION EFFORTS WITH EMPLOYERS OF MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED EMPLOYEES. THE MOBILE VACCINATION PROGRAM SHALL SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITH EMPLOYERS FOR ON-SITE VACCINATIONS FOR THE PURPOSES OF VACCINATING THE WORKFORCE. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
