 AN  ACT  relating  to establishing Angelina Liu as the genetic child and
   distributee of Wenjian Liu for purposes of  the  estates,  powers  and
   trusts law
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding any provisions  of  section  4-1.3  of  the
 estates,  powers  and trusts law to the contrary, Angelina Liu, daughter
 of Peixa Xia Chen and residing at 1479 East 79th Street in Brooklyn, New
 York, 11236, shall be considered the genetic child of Wenjian  Liu,  for
 the  purposes of article four of such law. Angelina Liu shall be consid-
 ered a distributee of Wenjian Liu and included  in  any  disposition  of
 property  to persons described in any instrument as the issue, children,
 descendants, heirs, heirs at law, next of kin, distributees (or  by  any
 like import) of Wenjian Liu.
   §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
 have been in full force and effect on or after December 14, 2014.
