   on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 333 of the laws of 2018 amending the general
   business law relating to the one-call notification system, in relation
   to making such provisions permanent; and to repeal certain  provisions
   of such chapter relating thereto
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 9 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2018  amending  the
 general  business  law  relating to the one-call notification system, is
 amended to read as follows:
   § 9. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
 it shall have become a law[; provided, however, that  section  three  of
 this  act  shall expire and be deemed repealed October 1, 2021 when upon
 such date section four of this act shall take effect; provided, further,
 however, that sections five, seven and eight of this  act  shall  expire
 and be deemed repealed October 1, 2021].
   § 2. Section 4 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2018 amending the general
 business law relating to the one-call notification system is REPEALED.
   § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
