LUPARDO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Agriculture AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to expand- ing the definition of crops, livestock and livestock products to include cannabis THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 301 of the agriculture and markets law is amended by adding a new paragraph m to read as follows: M. CANNABIS AS DEFINED IN SECTION THREE OF THE CANNABIS LAW. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14011-01-1
