 AN ACT to amend the county law, in relation to authorizing Niagara coun-
   ty to waive certain fees by local law for veterans' organizations
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1. The county law is amended by adding a new section 226-e to
 read as follows:
   § 226-E. WAIVER OF FEES FOR VETERANS' ORGANIZATIONS. THE NIAGARA COUN-
 TY LEGISLATURE IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO WAIVE FEES BY LOCAL LAW,  INCLUD-
 ING  BUT  NOT LIMITED TO BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW FEES AND FEES ASSOCIATED
 WITH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO ANY POST OR HALL OWNED BY A  NOT-FOR-PROFIT
 CONGRESSIONALLY CHARTERED VETERANS' ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN SUCH COUNTY.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
