 Introduced  by  Sen. REICHLIN-MELNICK -- read twice and ordered printed,
   and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
 
 AN ACT  expanding  eligibility  for  a  COVID-19  vaccine  to  residents
   employed outside of New York
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Every resident of New York state who is eligible to receive
 a COVID-19 vaccine based on his or her place of employment or occupation
 shall be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine  regardless  of  whether
 such  New  York  state  resident is employed outside of the state of New
 York.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
