 Introduced  by  Sen. SKOUFIS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
   ment Operations
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 510 of the laws of 2016, amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the  imposition  of a hotel and motel tax in the town of
   Woodbury, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 510 of the laws of 2016, amending the
 tax law relating to the imposition of a hotel and motel tax in the  town
 of  Woodbury,  as amended by chapter 699 of the laws of 2019, is amended
 to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed [6] 9 years after such date.
