 AN ACT to repeal section 17 of chapter 7 of the laws of 2024 relating to
   establishing the  village  incorporation  commission;  and  to  repeal
   section  6  of chapter 10 of the laws of 2024 relating to the incorpo-
   ration of villages

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 17 of chapter 7 of the laws of 2024 is REPEALED.
   § 2. Section 6 of chapter 10 of the laws of 2024 is REPEALED.
   §  3.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
 have been in effect on and after January 1, 2024.
