 AN ACT to amend part C of chapter 97 of the laws of 2011,  amending  the
   state  finance  law  and  other  laws  relating  to  providing certain
   centralized  service  to  political  subdivisions  and  extending  the
   authority  of  the  commissioner  of  general  services  to  aggregate
   purchases of energy for state agencies and political subdivisions,  in
   relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 9 of subpart A of part C of chapter 97 of the  laws
 of  2011,  amending  the  state  finance  law and other laws relating to
 providing certain centralized  service  to  political  subdivisions  and
 extending  the  authority  of  the  commissioner  of general services to
 aggregate purchases of energy for state agencies and political  subdivi-
 sions,  as  amended by section 3 of part GG of chapter 55 of the laws of
 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   § 9. This act shall take effect immediately, provided, however that:
   1. sections four, five, six and seven of this act shall expire and  be
 deemed repealed July 31, [2024] 2029;
   2.  the  amendments  to  subdivision  4  of  section 97-g of the state
 finance law made by section two of this act shall survive the expiration
 and reversion of such subdivision as provided in section  3  of  chapter
 410 of the laws of 2009, as amended;
   3.  sections  four, five, six and seven of this act shall apply to any
 contract let or awarded on or after such effective date;
   4. section one of this act shall expire and be  deemed  repealed  July
 31, 2029.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
