 AN ACT to amend chapter 427 of the laws of 2017 amending the state tech-
   nology  law relating to the creation of a state information technology
   innovation center, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 427 of the laws of 2017 amending the
 state technology law relating to the creation  of  a  state  information
 technology  innovation  center,  as  amended  by section 1 of item AA of
 subpart B of part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws of 2020, is  amended  to
 read as follows:
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall
 have become a law and shall expire  and  be  deemed  repealed  June  30,
 [2024] 2028.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
