   read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 329 of the laws  of  2020  amending  the  social
   services  law  relating  to reporting data on child welfare preventive
   services, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 329 of the laws of 2020 amending the
 social services law relating to reporting data on child welfare  preven-
 tive  services, as amended by chapter 16 of the laws of 2021, is amended
 to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed September 1, [2024] 2027.
