S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 4527 2023-2024 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y February 16, 2023 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Local Governments AN ACT to repeal section 925-t of the general municipal law relating to the Town of Concord industrial development agency; and providing for the disposition of the assets thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 925-t of the general municipal law is REPEALED. § 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the facilities and operations of the Town of Concord industrial development agency in Erie county, as established by chapter 629 of the laws of 1980, is hereby dissolved. All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the Town of Concord industrial development agency shall be transferred to the Town of Concord. § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
