FAHY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to providing educa- tion and outreach programs related to home visiting programs THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public health law is amended by adding a new paragraph (r) to read as follows: (R) HOME VISITING PROGRAMS THAT MEET THE CRITERIA ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO 42 U.S.C. 711. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM SUCH PROGRAMS, ELIGIBILITY, AND RELEVANT CONTACT INFORMATION. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
