 AN ACT to amend the  public  officers  law,  in  relation  to  exempting
   certain  entities from the in-person quorum requirements for videocon-
   ferencing by public bodies

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  103-a  of  the public officers law is amended by
 adding a new subdivision 2-a to read as follows:
   2-A. THE IN-PERSON QUORUM REQUIREMENTS  IN  SUBDIVISION  TWO  OF  THIS
 SECTION   SHALL  NOT  APPLY  TO  CITYWIDE/COMMUNITY  EDUCATION  COUNCILS
 (CCECS), SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAMS (SLTS) AND  DISTRICT  LEADERSHIP  TEAMS
 (DLTS).
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately provided, however, that
 the amendments to section 130-a of  the  public  officers  law  made  by
 section  one of this act shall not affect the repeal of such section and
 shall be deemed repealed therewith.
