HONORING Apostle Dr. Fayola Delica upon the
occasion of her designation for special recognition
by ANS Association on January 28, 2023

WHEREAS, The unity of our State and Nation is built upon the
compassion of individuals, such as Apostle Dr. Fayola Delica, who uphold
the values of community life and who, through their great actions,
epitomize the best of humanity; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Apostle Dr.
Fayola Delica upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition by ANS Association to be celebrated at its I Am Beautiful
Conference Award Ceremony on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at K & L Manor,
Brooklyn, New York; and

WHEREAS, An empowering networking group, ANS Association assists
men, women and youth with education and mentorship while providing vital
resources and development; truly dedicated to its community, this
extraordinary organization supports countless individuals through its
many initiatives, including food distribution, health care fairs,
business expos, networking events and youth empowerment groups; and

WHEREAS, A true modern-day renaissance woman, Dr. Fayola Delica is a
highly sought-after Business Coach and Consultant, Pastor, Educator,
Nurse, and Beauty Queen; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Fayola Delica has helped countless individuals
establish and grow their businesses, nonprofit organizations, and
ministries to positively and profoundly impact both their community and
the world; and

WHEREAS, Furthermore, her expertise in the business world is helping
people to find their passion and purpose in their business as it also
relates to their personal lives; and

WHEREAS, A world renowned author, Dr. Fayola Delica has written or
co-authored over 10 books, many of which have been recognized as
International and/or Domestic Best-Sellers; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Fayola Delica has been featured in numerous magazines,
including Sheen, K.I.S.H Magazine, and HaitiOpen Magazine, just to name
a few; she has also been a guest on Atlanta Live, Island TV, Tele
Anacaona, and Larry Redid Live, as well as featured on Yahoo, Fox, CBS,
NBC, and the Los Angeles Tribune; and

WHEREAS, With a steadfast and unwavering commitment to her
community, Dr. Fayola Delica gives tirelessly of her time and energies
to various nonprofit organizations, businesses, and ministries; having
founded a number of her own businesses, non-profit organizations, and
ministries, she is truly on a mission to change the world by empowering,
inspiring, and motivating people to live life to the fullest; and

WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an
individual for the benefit of others which Dr. Fayola Delica has
displayed throughout her life; and

WHEREAS, It has always been the objective of this Legislative Body
to honor and support those individuals who have displayed their
commitment to the betterment of their communities, and it is the intent
of this Legislative Body to inscribe upon its records, this tribute to
Dr. Fayola Delica, that future generations may know and appreciate her
admirable character, her many benevolent deeds, and the respect and
esteem in which she is held by her peers; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Apostle Dr. Fayola Delica upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition by ANS Association; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Apostle Dr. Fayola Delica.
