HONORING Dimar Manufacturing Corporation upon the
occasion of its designation as recipient of the
Large Business of the Year Award by the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce on March 9, 2023

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend those distinguished citizens who would devote their life's work
and purpose to community service, contributing to the welfare of the
citizens of their communities and this great Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Dimar Manufacturing Corporation upon the occasion of its designation as
recipient of the Large Business of the Year Award by the Clarence
Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated at its 50th Annual Awards Dinner
on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Samuel's Grande Manor in Clarence, New
York; and

WHEREAS, Dimar Manufacturing Corporation is receiving this
prestigious award for its steadfast and unremitting commitment to the
beloved community of Clarence; and

WHEREAS, Dimar Manufacturing Corporation became the area's premier
custom contract manufacturer of sheet metal-based products; growth was
fueled by continuous reinvestment in state-of-the-art manufacturing
equipment and a team dedicated to serving customers with outstanding
service; and

WHEREAS, With 145 team members, and plans to add 20 more, Dimar
Manufacturing Corporation serves several markets including:
Entertainment (Ticket Redemption Games), Information Technology, Solar
Equipment, Medical Equipment, Industrial Cabinets, and Agricultural
Equipment; its operations include flat laser cutting, tube laser
cutting, forming, punching, welding, machining, powder coating and
assembly; and

WHEREAS, Dimar Manufacturing Corporation is very positive about
manufacturing in Clarence, New York, and reinvesting for continued
growth; their community contributions include donating material for the
Scoreboard for Clarence High School, fabricating decorative additions to
Street Signs throughout Clarence Hollow, and powder coating the Jaws of
Life for the Clarence Fire Department; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Dimar Manufacturing Corporation upon the occasion of its
designation as recipient of the Large Business of the Year Award by the
Clarence Chamber of Commerce; and be it further


RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Dimar Manufacturing Corporation.
