There are over 13,000 intersections in New York City with traffic signals. Please stop placing a number limit on where these can be deployed. Authorize the New York City DOT to place these devices at any intersection with a traffic signal at their own discretion.
This should be amended to allow the NYC DOT to install these devices at any intersection with a traffic light in New York City.
