 AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation  to  the
   hours during which liquor and/or wine stores may be open on Sunday

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subparagraph (i) of paragraph  (a)  of  subdivision  14  of
 section 105 of the alcoholic beverage control law, as amended by section
 1  of  part  EE of chapter 55 of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as
 follows:
   (i) On Sunday before [twelve] TEN o'clock [post meridian] ANTE MERIDI-
 AN and after [nine] TEN o'clock post meridian.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
