 Introduced  by Sen. SCARCELLA-SPANTON -- read twice and ordered printed,
   and when printed to be committed to the Committee on  Veterans,  Home-
   land Security and Military Affairs
 
 AN  ACT  to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2015 amending the executive
   law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain  disaster  assist-
   ance, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 413 of the laws of 2015  amending  the
 executive  law  relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster
 assistance, as amended by chapter 713 of the laws of 2019, is amended to
 read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed December 2, [2023] 2027.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
