 AN  ACT  to  repeal title 16 of article 8 of the public authorities law,
   relating to the Suffolk county judicial facilities agency

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Title  16  of  article 8 of the public authorities law is
 REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect December 31, 2023.
