 AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to including nasal sprays
   in topical therapeutic pharmaceutical agents optometrists are  author-
   ized to use
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 7101-a of  the  education  law  is
 amended by adding a new paragraph (e-1) to read as follows:
   (E-1)  NASAL  SPRAYS  AS  TOPICAL  THERAPEUTIC  PHARMACEUTICAL AGENTS.
 TOPICAL THERAPEUTIC PHARMACEUTICAL AGENTS  SHALL  ALSO    INCLUDE  THOSE
 DRUGS  ADMINISTERED  THROUGH A NASAL SPRAY FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES
 OF THE EYE AND ADNEXA.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
