So in other words when a criminal uses an illegally obtained firearm then the state can use their executive power to instate more restrictive laws that only affect legal gun owners who besides the police (once they actually get to the crime scene) are the only ones who would be able to stop a heinous "mass shooting"... got it.
I agree with you! Most homicides are committed with pistols AND most of them are done by illegally possessed ones! No one under 21 obtained them legally! No more plea bargaining!!
