 AN ACT to amend chapter 769 of the laws of  2023,  amending  the  public
   health  law  relating to the adult cystic fibrosis assistance program,
   in relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 769 of the laws of 2023, amending the
 public health law relating  to  the  adult  cystic  fibrosis  assistance
 program, as amended by section 14 of part B of chapter 57 of the laws of
 2024, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire March 31,
 [2025]  2030  when  upon  such  date the provisions of this act shall be
 deemed repealed.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
