Prohibits the intentional injection, release or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather or the intensity of sunlight.

DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to prohibiting the release of certain chemical compounds into the atmos- phere THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new section 19-330 to read as follows: § 19-330. RELEASE OF CERTAIN CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS PROHIBITED. THE INTENTIONAL INJECTION, RELEASE OR DISPERSION, BY ANY MEANS, OF CHEMICALS, CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS, SUBSTANCES OR APPARATUS WITHIN THE BORDERS OF THIS STATE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF AFFECTING TEMPERATURE, WEATHER OR THE INTENSITY OF SUNLIGHT IS PROHIBIT- ED. § 2. Stop spraying these chemicals and allow the weather to happen like it always did when we kids...enough with the fake clouds and climate change BS...if any plane is spraying anything it should be shot down immediately by our military...don't experiment in our sky
Do a composition test with the jet fuel at airport storage tanks and in the wing bladders. Get pilots military and commericial to testify. Every single pilot of a full frame jet turbine powered aircraft knows whats going on.
