 AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of 2024 amending the public health
   law  relating to submission of information to the department of health
   for physician profiles, as proposed in legislative  bills  numbers  S.
   3472 and A. 7214, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 5 of a chapter of the laws  of  2024  amending  the
 public  health  law relating to submission of information to the depart-
 ment of health for physician profiles, as proposed in legislative  bills
 numbers S. 3472 and A. 7214, is amended to read as follows:
   §  5.  This  act  shall take effect [on the ninetieth day] NINE MONTHS
 after it shall have become a law.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
