COMMEMORATING the Queen Geniuses 7th Annual
Empowerment Conference: "Worthiness is M.E.S.S.Y."
on May 3, 2025
WHEREAS, The empowerment and education of young women are vital to
the advancement and enrichment of our communities; and
WHEREAS, The Queen Geniuses Annual Conference has consistently
provided a platform for young women, ages 15 to 19, to develop
leadership skills, enhance social and emotional intelligence, and engage
in transformative personal growth; and
WHEREAS, On Saturday, May 3, 2025, the 7th Annual Empowerment
Conference, themed "Worthiness is M.E.S.S.Y.," will continue this
tradition by offering interactive workshops, dynamic activities, and
insightful discussions aimed at fostering self-worth, resilience, and
empowerment among participants; and
WHEREAS, The conference's dedication to addressing relevant social
issues through transparent and powerful dialogues equips attendees with
practical tools to navigate their futures with confidence and purpose;
and
WHEREAS, The commitment of the conference to uplift and motivate
young women aligns with the values of fostering a supportive environment
where youth can connect, share ideas, and be inspired to create positive
change in their communities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the Queen Geniuses 7th Annual Empowerment Conference:
"Worthiness is M.E.S.S.Y." on May 3, 2025, and to commend the
organizers, speakers, and participants of the Queen Geniuses 7th Annual
Empowerment Conference for their unwavering dedication to the
empowerment of young women; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to the organizers of the Queen Geniuses 7th Annual
Empowerment Conference as an expression of our esteem and best wishes
for continued success in their noble endeavors.
