STAVISKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1 AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to dividing the one hundred ninth precinct of the New York city police department into subdivisions THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 14-129 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision c to read as follows: C. THE ONE HUNDRED NINTH PRECINCT SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEPARATE SUBDIVISIONS, ONE SUBDIVISION REPRESENTING "FLUSHING SOUTH", AND THE OTHER REPRESENTING THE "NORTH SHORE - COLLEGE POINT, WHITESTONE, CLEAR- VIEW AND BAY TERRACE". ALL CORRESPONDING BOUNDARIES SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSIONER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPART- MENT, WHEREUPON, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ALLOCATE SUCH RESOURCES NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT BOTH PRECINCT SUBDIVISIONS. § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred twentieth day after it shall have become a law. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted.
