   printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1
 
 AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
   relation  to establishing certain requirements for district leadership
   teams

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Title  21-A of the administrative code of the city of New
 York is amended by adding a new chapter 23-A to read as follows:
                               CHAPTER 23-A
                             LEADERSHIP TEAMS
   § 21-990.1 OPEN MEETINGS  LAW  REQUIREMENT.  ALL  DISTRICT  LEADERSHIP
 TEAMS  SHALL  OPERATE  PURSUANT  TO ARTICLE SEVEN OF THE PUBLIC OFFICERS
 LAW.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law. Effective immediately, the addition, amendment and/or
 repeal  of  any  rule  or regulation necessary for the implementation of
 this act on its effective date are authorized to be made  and  completed
 on or before such effective date.
