SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1. Subdivision 12 of section 201 of the vehicle and traffic law is REPEALED.

Subdivision 12 of section 201 of the vehicle and traffic law is REPEALED. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
