 AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
   producer responsibility
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Article 27 of the environmental conservation law is amended
 by adding a new title 34 to read as follows:

                    BOARD.
         27-3411. DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES.
         27-3413. PRODUCER  RESPONSIBILITY  ADVISORY  BOARD  RESPONSIBIL-
                    ITIES.
         27-3415. PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES.
         27-3417. PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES.
         27-3419. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES.
