Business Corporation (BSC) CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE 13
§ 1307. Tenure of real property.
A foreign corporation may acquire and hold real property in this state
in furtherance of its corporate purposes and may convey the same by deed
or otherwise in the same manner as a domestic corporation.
