CHAPTER 693
AN ACT to establish a civil court for the city of New York to implement
article six of the constitution of the state of New York, approved by
the people on the seventh day of November, nineteen hundred sixty-one
Became a law April 24, 1962, with the approval of the Governor.
Passed, by a majority vote, three-fifths being present
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
