CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW

AN ACT to establish a criminal procedure law, constituting chapter
eleven-A of the consolidated laws, and to repeal the code of criminal
procedure
Became a law May 20, 1970, with the approval of the Governor. Passed by
a majority vote, three-fifths being present
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
