Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 41
§ 4108. Challenges generally. An objection to the qualifications of a
juror must be made by a challenge unless the parties stipulate to excuse
him. A challenge of a juror, or a challenge to the panel or array of
jurors, shall be tried and determined by the court.
