    SECTION 4512

    Competency of interested witness or spouse

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 45

    § 4512. Competency of interested witness or spouse. Except as
    otherwise expressly prescribed, a person shall not be excluded or
    excused from being a witness, by reason of his interest in the event or
    because he is a party or the spouse of a party.
